1. Term and Termination

This agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis for 12 months. If you choose the yearly payment option, the contract will cover a full 12 months. To terminate, please send an email to support@quarataconsulting.com or contact one of the coaches prior to the monthly renewal, and we will cancel your membership.

2.Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee according to the terms described herein. If you cancel your contract in accordance with this Policy within 14 days of placing your subscription order, we will upon request issue a refund.After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.Quarata Consulting LLC will process your refund. Please allow at least 3-4 business days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Quarata Consulting LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
